The COALITION (South Dakota Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities) is a membership grass roots advocacy organization.

There are two different types of membership for the COALITION.

Individual membership - $20.00 provides an individual to receive the SDCCD Focus For Abilities by-monthly newsletter, vote in board elections, on bylaw changes and participate in the organization's annual meeting and other activities.

Organizational Membership - $35.00 would add your company, service providing agency, or non-profit organization to our growing list of supporters and advocates. The organizational membership are allowed one (1) delegate vote at the annual meeting, may not hold office, may not serve on committees, may attend Coalition meetings, and will receive a copy of all Coalition publications.

Please fill out the following form on-line or print the form, fill it out, and mail it to us with your membership dues and we will work together to make South Dakota and our nation a better place for individuals with disabilities and their families.
